Cabana de madeira aconchegante em Jim Thorpe

This cabin is full of amenities and is beautifully appointed. The indoor open floor plan is great for cooking, eating and relaxing. Both bathrooms are freshly renovated but to get to the one downstairs requires a trip down a steep staircase. The outdoor space is amazing! Beautiful clean hot tub, new sauna, covered pavilion with grill and picnic table, fire pit with chairs! Make sure you plan some outdoor time at the cabin. (No hooks for towels near the hot tub FYI) There is a washer/dryer available and some fun games in the basement. We would definitely come back here. The location is great. Mauch Chunk Lake park is just down the road and we had a nice 3 mile easy hike in woods and along the lake and dam. It’s about a 10 minute drive to downtown Jim Thorpe. Everything was clean and well maintained at this cozy cabin.

the name is appropriate “Cozy Log Cabin” Positive: we loved this cozy cabin it’s been beautifully renewed with a modern kitchen beds were comfy outdoor amenities are terrific Negative: it was a surprise to find one bathroom in the basement down steep stairs wasn’t very accessible or accommodating for 2 older couples

We stayed at the Cozy Log Cabin in Jim Thorpe from August 21st–23rd and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The cabin is beautiful, peaceful, incredibly comfortable, and even better than we expected from the pictures. Everything was extremely clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully stocked. The amenities were phenomenal! We especially loved the hot tub and beautiful outdoor areas, and there were plenty of little touches throughout the cabin that made it feel like a home rather than just a rental. The wooded setting is peaceful and private, while still being close to downtown Jim Thorpe and everything the area has to offer. The hosts truly made our experience even better. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure we enjoyed our stay. We were traveling with my son, who has special needs, and having such understanding and accommodating hosts, along with such a comfortable and peaceful place to stay, made this trip especially meaningful for our family. We left with wonderful memories and were already talking about coming back. A beautiful property, phenomenal amenities, and truly exceptional hosts. We could not recommend it more highly. Thank you for helping make our weekend such a special one! ❤️

What a beautiful place to relax in nature with all the comforts of home including a hot tub! Close to Jim Thorpe downtown and 1.3 miles to Maunch Chunk Lake! 🏊‍♀️ This is my 3rd stay here in the last 4 months! ❤️ Definitely recommend 👌

We had great time and stay. Positive: The place was out far enough from the town but still close enough that it didn’t take long to get to town. Mary was a great host.
